A OK Driving School teaches a curriculum that is in accordance with Texas State Law and that has been approved by the Texas Education Agency so as to satisfy the 6 hour course prerequisite for 18-24 year olds to receive their Driver's License. As the Adult Applicant, I agree that I am responsible for preparing to take the required written and road tests as administered by the Texas Department of Public Safety. I understand that completion of this course does not guarantee that Iwill pass these required tests, and no refunds will be issued based on the results of the DPS administered tests.
