A OK Driving School teaches a curriculum that is in accordance with Texas State Law and that has been approved by the Texas Education Agency so as to satisfy the 6 hour course prerequisite for 18-24 year olds to receive their Driver’s License. As the Adult Applicant, Iagree that Iam responsible forpreparing to take the required written and road tests as administered by the Texas Department of Public Safety. I understand that completion of this course does not guarantee that Iwill pass these required tests, and no refunds will be issued based on the results of the DPS administered tests.
